River Capital is pleased to announce that portfolio company Lightning Broadband has entered into a binding Share Purchase Agreement to be acquired by Superloop Limited.

River Capital, alongside the Clean Energy Finance Corporation (CEFC), has invested in Australia’s largest First Nations-led carbon initiative in the Tiwi Islands, Northern Territory.
