River Capital was established by Barry and Suzi Carp in 1996 with the objective of finding great investment opportunities that would create value for those close – their family, friends, and colleagues.

Jim Craig joined the River Board in 2011 and after a successful career with Macquarie, became a Partner in the firm, establishing the Dividend Plus Fund.
